  17. If your supply has an opto-isolator in the circuit, it is probably used to
  18. provide isolated feedback to the control circuit on the primary side.  This
  19. part of the circuit is absolutely critical and will not function with out it.
  20. This feedback signal controls the PWM on primary and is responsible for
  21. controlling and regulating the output channel(s).
